have your pet under the most comfortable conditions a pet can
experience during travel. All foods will be supplied by the
customer to assure proper feeding during travel time. Every pet
of any kind must have a health certificate to give to the driver
(before) the pick up date of the pet. Any special
accommodations that need to be made please arrange with dispatch
before the driver arrives. This makes for a safe and
comfortable trip for your pet and the driver.When your pet is delivered, to his or her destination, a courtesy call is made to assure you your pet has made it in excellent condition. If while in travel something occurs such as sickness or any other illness the driver will go to the closest veterinarian and you will be contacted immediately.  Before the driver arrives and for the safety of all other pets and the driver, please make the dispatch and driver aware if you have an animal that is aggressive to other animals or people. Our intentions is to make this the most stress free journey that we possibly can for the pets and driver.
